
Douglas Wright - Chairman
Douglas Wright has wide-ranging involvement in commercial, government and philanthropic endeavours. His experience ensures a thorough approach to all communications tasks.
Recognised as an expert on driving business growth, he sits on the Victorian Government’s Small Business Advisory Council and the Australian Bankers’ Association Small Business Forum, as well as assisting in the development of several communications firms in Australia and overseas.
He takes an active interest in the public relations profession, advances in business practice and governance,and marketing communications through his involvement in local and international professional bodies. Douglas is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; an associate fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute; a member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia; a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (UK); and a member of the Counsellors’ Academy of the Public Relations Society of America.

Gordon Coulter - Senior Partner
Gordon has been changing public perceptions, influencing public opinion and building and protecting brands for more than 25 years.
Recognised as a media relations, publicity, issues management and event management expert, his experience includes many years spent in senior positions with one of the world’s largest global public relations groups.
He is also known for devising and developing big ideas. It’s one of the reasons he was appointed to a 10-person international think tank to plan the future growth of Burger King on a global basis.
Gordon’s expertise as an internal communications strategist has led to corporate culture transformations among some of Australia’s biggest organisations including Unilever. And in the case of ING DIRECT, he was instrumental in helping to create a culture from the ground up.

Carolyn Gallagher - Account Director
Carolyn has more than 11 years of public relations experience - primarily consumer and corporate - and spent her formative years in the UK before moving to Australia in 1999.
Carolyn has worked closely with clients spanning a range of sectors, including FMCG, retail, property, travel, finance and government. She is skilled in strategy, planning and creative development as well as overseeing and implementing programs on time and on budget.
Former clients include AMP Capital Shopping Centres, Boddingtons Beer, Domino’s Pizza, Marriott Hotels and various Unilever and Dairy Farmers’ brands. At Peer, Carolyn leads the ING DIRECT and Travelex business.
Carolyn has a strong background in issues and crisis management, having won the PRIA National Golden Target Award for her handling of a fruit juice salmonella outbreak, and has managed a number of consumer product recalls.

Christine Gotz - Account Director
Christine is an experienced consumer public relations and marketing communications specialist, having spent 18 years in the industry.
As well as extensive local experience, she has a broad exposure to high profile international brands during her time spent working for a number of PR agencies in New York.
Her consumer PR experience has involved working with several Unilever brands, Universal Studios Consumer Products Group, Gillette, Dr. Scholl’s and the United States Equestrian.
Corporate clients have included Accenture, TNT Express, HP, Heineken Australia and Jim Beam.
Her most recent clients have been within the banking & finance sector, such as BPAY, Australia’s most popular bill payment service; and commercial foreign exchange specialist, Travelex.
